Menash Zadik
Menash Zadik – Mr. Zadik has 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, investments, management, operations, and dispositions. Prior to joining Elmdale Partners Mr. Zadik was in charge of building from the ground for up the Midwest operation for Invitation Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he acted as Regional President. Between late 2012 and early 2015, Mr. Zadik and his team were responsible for purchasing, rehabbing, leasing, and managing over 4,000 properties, with a portfolio value of more than $1Billion.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Zadik founded and operated a full-service real estate firm for 15 years with offices in Chicago, South Florida, and San Diego. During the 2008 housing crisis Mr. Zadik grew the firm and its client base, managing disposition of thousands of properties, working for dozens of the nation’s largest lenders and asset management companies. The firm also consulted and advised a host of international investment firms.
Mr. Zadik is the COO of Elmdale Partners and several of its business lines, including real estate brokerage, title, and insurance.

Thomas M. Bretz
Thomas Bretz has been a real estate professional since 1999. In 2010, he co-founded Elmdale Partners, an investment company focused on value-add real estate assets and opportunistic real estate service company platforms. Elmdale currently purchases, develops and oversees both commercial and residential assets in the Chicagoland area through one of the 4 funds it manages.
As CEO of Elmdale, Tom led a roll up strategy of residential brokerage firms centered around the Century 21 brand and acquired over 70 different offices and companies to create the largest Century 21 franchise in the world with over 2,700 sales associates in 5 states.
Elmdale’s holdings also include one of the largest title insurance companies in the Midwest, a residential mortgage company and Elmdale started the first real estate based technology accelerator in the country – Elmspring- which invests in start-up technology companies specializing in real estate disruption.
Elmdale has garnered several prestigious awards over its six-year history: Top 30 Residential Real Estate Firms in the US, Chicago Real Estate Housing Innovation Award and Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Award.
Tom received a JD and an MS in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin in 2003 and 2004 respectively and lives and works in the Chicagoland area with his wife Jennifer and their two children.

James Sayegh
James Sayegh is a Principal at Elmdale Partners and brings a wealth of knowledge on maximizing property value both through physical improvement and efficient asset management practices. Mr. Sayegh has extensive investment experience and his portfolio of properties under management has included a rent roll of national tenants such as Bank of America, Waterworks, Spex, Walter E Smithe Furniture and Coldwell Banker.

Adam Freeman
Adam Freeman is a founding Principal of Elmdale Partners and Century 21 Affiliated. Since its inception in 2010, Elmdale has built a multi-discipline full service real estate services and investment company, consisting of a national real estate brokerage company with over 2,000 realtors, title insurance, property insurance, the elmspring accelerator, and a robust property acquisition platform. Prior to forming Elmdale, Adam was a private equity and investment professional with over 19 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, and building businesses. Mr. Freeman has completed in excess of $1 billion of total transactions, including over $150 million of real estate acquisitions and investments.

Noel Williams
Ms. Williams has over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. She served as the Leasing Director for the Blackstone portfolio company, Invitation Homes, where for 4 years she led a team of 20 leasing agents. Over the past 4 years, Ms. Williams has been in a variety of leadership roles at Elmdale Partners and its portfolio companies.

Sarah Blantz
Sarah Blantz joined the Elmdale Partners Leadership team in June 2017 as the Lead Administrator. With over 10 years of comprehensive administrative experience in the leasing and property management, public relations, and communication industries, Sarah provides support to all Elmdale portfolio companies.

David White
David White brings his 30 years of experience as an investment professional to Elmdale Partners as the Director of Asset Management. In this position, David leads the development and implementation of asset management strategies supported by high-quality policies, systems, and practices to achieve optimal return on investment and effective deployment of Elmdale’s portfolio. He coordinates the integration of EMG’s real estate and risk management advisory services across Elmdale Partners’ support of property-owner clients, commercial and residential tenants, and investors. With extensive experience in asset and risk management, David had led teams of specialists through private equity transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion. His assessments have contributed to investments responsible for the development, acquisition, and management of more than $2 billion in residential and commercial property.
When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with this wife and four sons, golfing and coaching youth sports.

Vickie has over 30 years of experience in front-line client relations. Vickie is a results-driven Asset Manager who oversees physical assets through their entire life cycle.

Warren Gary
Warren R. Gary is the Director of Architecture and Construction. As a licensed Architect in Illinois, Warren has a breadth of experience in various occupant facilities including residential single and multi-family, medical office and outpatient facilities, skilled nursing, independent living, supportive living, senior living, restaurant and foodservice, business office, religious, industrial, retail and mixed-use. Warren has been involved in over three million square feet of development ranging from feasibility studies to design through construction in the Chicago metro area.
